We are about to buy a video camera. Any suggestions? We'd like to get it before little missl gets here (don't worry, we will not record the birth!).
The flip ones seem so small and I would think they'd be hard to keep stable. I also can't decide which memory options are better (flash, hard drive, dvd).
What model/brand do you have and why do you like it?

GET THE FLIP!! We love ours and it is so easy and convenient. It is really easy to share videos with family and friends via email as well as hooking it up to your tv via an HDMI cable. Of course you can create DVD's and the editing is extremly easy.

Did you get a video camera yet? We love ours. We considered the Flip but went with a Sony that's a titch bigger but has much better video quality. It still fits in my purse easily and has been great so far. I can find out the actual model if you want to know...
Ask Chris about this. He doesn't read this, but knows lots about video cameras etc.
