Weekend(s) Update

I'm behind on some weekend updates, so here goes! I wrote this a few weeks ago but am just now getting around to editing and putting up pics. I hope to update with everything else soon!

Cousin Bill got married in April to longtime sweetie Leslie. We are so glad she stuck around despite knowing what we get into Thanksgiving and Christmas. The wedding was moved to the barn after the pasture got rained out. It was a beautiful wedding in spite of the rain. If it is truly good luck to have rain on your wedding day, then these two should buy lottery tickets.

Audrey got to meet two more people that she helped make "great". Great Aunt Marilyn and Great Uncle Buddy came into town for Bill's wedding and got to meet Miss Priss.

Audrey went to the grand opening of Dicky Doo's diner and is a local celebrity now. I'm proud to be "that cute baby's" Mom.

Last weekend we celebrated all of the April/May birthdays (there are about a billion of them) in Graham's family. It was Audrey's first time at a Japanese steakhouse. She slept through the onion volcano, my favorite part. Her cousins Hannah, William, and Amelie all loved on her. Hannah helped Graham hold her.

Hannah was also excited to wear Kelsey's princess crown (it was actually the prom queen crown, but princesses are so much more fun).

We went by Relay for Life Friday night. Here we are in the Merial tent. We also went by the Gwin Oaks tent and visited with Graham's old coworkers. Work Grandma Terri wasn't there, so we had to let other people hold her.

On Saturday night we went to Garn and Rachel's engagement party at Garn's parents' house. They have such a fun party house. It was good to catch up with all of Graham's friends, especially Kyle and Christine who are moving back to Atlanta any day now...
So, this gets us up to about Mother's Day, which is conveniently where the last post left off! Mothers Day was great. I loved spending the day with my baby and my mom. Audrey made me French Toast for breakfast. YUM! After church, we ate at Food 101 in Sandy Springs for brunch with my family. We spent dinner with Graham's mom and grandmother at Macaroni Grill. Yummy Day! I just love being a mom!!
