***UPDATE*** I just got back Hudson's lab results. It was benign. Praise the Lord! It was a Pilomatricomal tumor. The black fluid was just melanin, but was not melanoma. Nothing to worry about, but we are certainly glad it's gone!
He's made a few wardrobe changes to find just the right size t-shirt to fit his big buffalo head but also protect his little legs. New pictures of the well-dressed man soon.
Yesterday Pongo got loose and in the chaos Hudson took off too. His t-shirt that day was one of Graham's baseball t-shirts and was way to big. His feet got caught inside of it and he kept tripping. He finally just sat down in the road and barked until Graham came to get him.
Bless this poor guy's little heart. He had vaccines, a teeth cleaning, and a tumor removed today. Hudson was such a wild man they had to knock him out with almost twice the dosage. He is one slobbery, wobbley, pathetic mess right now.
He had the tumor taken off the inside of his front left leg (the shaved part below). The blue bandaid is from his IV.

This lucky duck gets to wear a Phi Mu t-shirt for a week to 10 days. We are trying to avoid the lamp shade on his head, so hopefully this will keep him from licking his stiches. He's not the first, and certainly won't be the last, good-looking man to have the privledge to wear a Phi Mu t-shirt.
His luck is already improving. A few minutes ago he got to bark at the roofers next door.
Get well soon Huddy Duddy!
