This Little Piggy

The heart walk wasn't the only thing we were up to last weekend. We also had Halloween!

Halloween was a holiday that I had awaited for months with much anticipation. I contemplated the perfect most adorable costume, found the right treat bag (light enough for Aud to hold), located a picture perfect pumpkin patch, designed our trick or treating route, and stocked up on candy.
When the day was finally here, it was all we could do to just get out of the house. Audrey and I ended up with the stomach virus Saturday afternoon and neither one of us felt too peachy on Sunday. We dressed our little pig up and made a quick tour of the grandparents homes and the Delaney's (Whitney's in -laws) and came back home. She was super cute, but we didn't get much of a smile out of her.
We turned off our lights (and pumpkin) at 8:30 and put our little girl down. Audrey woke up that night screaming like we'd never heard her scream. We took her to the doctor on Monday morning and she had an ear infection. Poor piggy!
